​An engineer by trade, I discovered Krav Maga after being mugged by three people on a bus in Nice (France) in 2005. However, my Krav Maga journey really began in 2016 in Bristol (UK), when I was able to practice near where I lived. I've loved the system from the start because it's easy to learn, put into practice and anyone can do it.

I have traveled to several countries in my search for knowledge: Scotland, Croatia, Switzerland, Estonia Norway and I trained two months in Russia. I became an Instructor in 2021 after 180 hours of training under the watchful eye of Emmanuel Ayache, Expert Level 5 and Director of KMG France, in order to share my passion and help others gain more confidence, teach them how to defend themselves, what to do before and after a fight, how to communicate and how to develop mental skills and aggressiveness / determination.

Becoming an Instructor was not the end for me, just the beginning, and I have continued my development by doing specializations like the Women's Instructor Course to understand more about the threats women face, how to turn their disadvantages into advantages, how it feels when wearing a dress and high heels, how to empower women, how to identify the wheel of power and control in domestic violence, how to use common objects to defend yourself.

In 2022, I received my Graduate Level 2 from Tommy Blom, Master Level 1.
